Homesite_90_7_RHGA recent study by Apartment List says that homeownership costs continue to drop across the nation, while the costs associated with renting have remained nearly the same over the past several years.  Mortgage interest rates have dropped by 13% since 2007, while rents have increased by about 3.7%.  In Metro Atlanta, the price of homeownership has dropped by 18.8% between 2007 and 2014, meaning that homeowners are able to get more bang for their buck!
