Winter Wonderland Day at Fernbank Museum

Enjoy holiday crafts, special performances, a fun winter weather demonstration, and more during Fernbank’s Winter Wonderland Celebration! Kids will love taking a photo with “Santa-saurus!” All activities are included with museum admission. ($18 for adults, $16 for children 3-12, and FREE for kids 2 and under)

Ride the Pink Pig

Nothing says “holidays” in Atlanta like the Pink Pig at Macy’s in Lenox Square Mall! Kids and adults alike will love the charming ride through a pink paradise. Plus, you will get an up-close view of the Macy’s Great Tree! Tickets are $3 per person.

Stone Mountain Christmas

An Atlanta favorite, Stone Mountain Christmas is now in full swing! Visit with Santa Claus, and check out great holiday shopping in Crossroads. Catch the 4-D movie, Ice Age: A Mammoth Christmas, a hilarious film for the whole family. Enjoy four different live shows, including The Littlest Christmas Tree, new for this year. When the sun sets, wander through the enchanting Wonderland Walkway and meet the Snow Angel and her Toy Soliders! Other daytime attractions are included in the Christmas admission. Harvestfest at Tanglewood Farm

If you’re not quite ready to celebrate Christmas, check out the autumn-themed Harvestfest at Tanglewood Farm in Canton! Experience life as a Cherokee Indian – you’ll get to play in a teepee, hunt for arrowheads, eat authentic Thanksgiving turkey, and listen to stories from Native American interpreter Irving Standing Chief. Cost is $15 per person (infants under one are free).
