Richardson Housing Group's Warranty
Richardson Housing Group's focus is to provide our customers with all the warranty information at the time of contract. We offer a one year warranty which covers workmanship, a limited two year warranty on the plumbing, heating/ac, and electrical systems, and with each of our homes we provide a 10 year structural warranty through Bonded Builders Home Warranty to give you peace of mind that you have made a good investment.
