Richardson Housing Group has over 45 years of experience building quality homes at an exceptional value in the most sought-after locations in Metro Atlanta. Allen Richardson founded the company in 1973 and built just 10 homes that first year. More than four decades later, RHG has today built more than 4000 homes and remains fully family owned and operated.
Mark Richardson has served as President since 2011, while his father, Allen Richardson, serves as CEO and his mother, Ann Richardson, serves as Vice President. All three are alumni of “Leadership Gwinnett” and remain dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in Gwinnett County and surrounding areas by building communities that compliment the environment with homes of distinction, value, and award-winning design.
Building quality new homes in Metro Atlanta is a passion for RHG. The company’s tradition of workmanship and attention to detail has earned it several awards and commendations over the years. “Being recognized by industry experts and among our outstanding peer group is a very significant accomplishment and reflects the priority we place on quality and innovation,” said Mark Richardson after a recent win from the OBIE Awards, presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.
Their community involvement extends beyond building homes, however. Each member of the Richardson leadership team belongs to and serves on several volunteer boards, promoting industry standards as well as philanthropic causes.
Richardson Housing Group looks forward to a thriving Metro Atlanta community and the opportunity to continue building as an industry leader in new home construction.

A big thank you to your company for building us a home we love in such a great community. Our family found the perfect home in one of Richardson’s communities. It was very important for us to be in Brookwood Schools and not only were we able to accomplish that goal but ... - The Nguyens
