After looking for a community to raise a family, Richardson Housing Group was founded in 1973 by Allen Richardson, building 10 homes in Gwinnett during our first year. More than five decades later, building communities in the Greater Gwinnett County area continues to be a passion for our family business.
Currently, Mark Richardson and Angie West are carrying forward their family’s legacy with heartfelt dedication. Mark holds the role of President and CEO, while Angie serves as Treasurer and CFO. Their parents remain actively involved with Allen Richardson serving as Chairman of the Board and their mother, Ann Richardson, as a director.
