Villages at Bethesda is coming soon to Lawrenceville and will feature a mix of single-family homes and townhomes in a convenient Gwinnett County location. The community will include a limited number of single-family homes along with thoughtfully designed townhomes offering both front-entry and rear-entry garage layouts. Construction is expected to begin with the single-family homes, with availability anticipated in late 2026, followed by the townhomes in 2027.
