School’s almost out for the summer! If you’re looking for summer camps in the Gwinnett County area, here are some great options to check out.
Gwinnett Environmental and Heritage Center offers a variety of themed week-long camps for kids age 2 to 13. Choose from camps such as Water Wonders, American Girls: World Explorers, Drama Camp, Prehistoric Georgia, Lego Beasts and Bricks, and the Civil War. Each camp includes time on the center’s Spider Quest net course or Treetop Quest! For more information, visit the center’s website.
Camp All-American is a day camp for kids age 5 to 14 at Perimeter Church in Johns Creek. Your kids will enjoy tons of outdoor and indoor activities, such as gymnastics, soccer, art, cheerleading, tennis, and more. The oldest kids can choose unique “specialties” such as rock climbing, ropes course, wilderness, and laser tag! All campers enjoy the pool each day and participate in a fun, high-energy worship service. For more information, visit the Camp All-American website.
Camp Invention is offered at several elementary schools in Gwinnett County. These weeklong camps are taught by experienced teachers, typically from your local school! Kids participate in engaging, hands-on activities that combine science and technology with problem-solving and teamwork. Visit the Camp Invention website to search for a camp near you!
