The first free CE and agent luncheon takes place on Tuesday, September 10th at our newest community in Winder, Lake Rockwell.
Homes here start in the high $200’s and feature top design details like gray, wood-grain flooring, subway tile, and ship lap accents. Lunch for the event on September 10th will be catered by Chick-fil-A and served at 11:30 a.m. The class will start at 1 p.m. with instructor Carla Holmes from Live Gigantic RES. She’ll discuss how millennials are impacting the real estate market and how best to serve this big generation of home buyers.
