This time of social distancing presents unique challenges for home building and sales, but we feel certain we will emerge stronger and smarter on the other side.
Safety Measures
Each model home is sanitized regularly with special attention to doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and faucets. Visitors are asked to use hand sanitizer upon entry and will soon be given shoe coverings to wear during tours. We ask that if you or anyone in your home is not feeling well, please stay home. Sales agents will provide video tours and conferencing so you can see the home you’re interested in remotely, whether you feel perfectly healthy or not. Please limit the number of people attending closings and walk-throughs to only those essential to the transaction.
