Extra Precautions at RHG Communities

At Richardson Housing Group, our customers come first. As we work together to battle the coronavirus, we are offering new safety precautions at every new home community. This time of social distancing presents unique challenges for home building and sales, but we feel certain we will emerge stronger and smarter on the other side.

Safety Measures

Each model home is sanitized regularly with special attention to doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and faucets. Visitors are asked to use hand sanitizer upon entry and will soon be given shoe coverings to wear during tours. We ask that if you or anyone in your home is not feeling well, please stay home. Sales agents will provide video tours and conferencing so you can see the home you’re interested in remotely, whether you feel perfectly healthy or not. Please limit the number of people attending closings and walk-throughs to only those essential to the transaction.

A Constantly Changing Situation

Richardson Housing Group will continue to monitor governmental and CDC guidelines, adapting our policies and practices as needed. Please have patience with us during this volatile, ever changing situation.

It’s time to be smart, limit each other’s exposure, and protect the most vulnerable among us. Each person impacted by this virus is in our thoughts at RHG, from the people who find themselves ill to the local businesses struggling to keep their doors open. After 47 years in the home building industry, these are unprecedented times, but with faith and a healthy dose of personal responsibility, we know that this, too, shall pass.
